Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Standard shipping takes 5 to 24 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods or due to customs handling in your country.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking information can take 2 to 3 days to begin updating.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, email info@thenorthgate.com with your order number and we will investigate and make it right.
